Through precise formulation control and advanced material engineering across diverse substrates, we develop innovative nano ceramic films that satisfy customer requirements, while expanding our portfolio of high-performance solutions. To enhance downstream processing efficiency for clients, we supply formulations in optimized production conditions. Additionally, leveraging decades of technical expertise gained across manufacturing, we provide process parameter guidance and resolve customer challenges involving coating consistency, application performance, surface quality, and production reliability.

Material Input

Materials are introduced sequentially following the customer approved film formulation for production requirements.

Compounding with an Agitator

Applying our technical expertise, the selected materials are blended inside an agitator while maintaining uniform product quality.

Even Kneading with a Machine

Applying our technical expertise, the formulation is uniformly processed using a kneading system under precisely controlled conditions.

Pelletizing

The processed nano ceramic material is converted into uniform pellets for efficient downstream manufacturing by clients.

Cooling

The pellets are cooled to maintain dimensional stability, then undergo strict quality inspection and classification procedures afterward.

Tank Storage

Pellets meeting established quality standards are temporarily stored inside a dedicated holding tank.

Hot Melt Process

Nanotechnology infused pellets are processed through the hot melt process to create durable nano ceramic film ready for application.
